Full camp $225 on or before Mar 14, $250 after.
Swim only ($75); cycling only ($150); strength only ($75), add $25 late fee after Mar 14.

Swims will work on swimming techniques and fitness, and are intended for high school age athletes not in full time competitive swim programs. Cycling sessions will include: bike skills, transition skills, bike care & basic repair, and endurance based rides. Strength training: introduction to weight room equipment, etiquette, form/technique, & workout design. Swim only, cycling only, and weights only registration options available if space permits.
